The product
What's in the box?
1× Orb bottle in the color you pick at checkout, 1× detachable carry strap. That's everything.
What size dog is the Orb for?
Any dog, as an on-the-go top-up. 285ml is a few good drinks — plenty for small and medium dogs on a normal walk, and an easy mid-walk refill for big dogs or long hikes. It's a portable drink, not an all-day reservoir.
What colors are available?
Four. Pink, Pink Print, Blue, and Blue Print. All come in the same 285ml size at the same price.
What is it made of?
Food-grade stainless steel body with a BPA-free silicone bowl on top. Both materials are safe for daily use and easy to clean.
Using it
How does the bowl part work?
The silicone collar on top flips open into a bowl. Press the button on the side, water flows into the bowl. Release the button, water stays in. Fold the collar back down to close.
Will it leak in my bag?
The valve only opens when you press the button, so it stays sealed when packed sideways or upside down. If you ever get a leaker, send it back, we'll replace it.
What if my dog won't drink from it?
Most dogs take a walk or two to figure it out. Try filling the bowl at home first with their normal water so the shape feels familiar. If they still refuse, the 30-day return covers you.
How do I clean it?
Rinse with warm water after each use. Both parts are top-rack dishwasher safe. The silicone is food-grade so it doesn't hold odors.
